GEB EPICYCLE: ROBERTO BLUM
Does the neurons think and act on their own? How can we know what happens on the different levels of our organism? How can we think? How does our mind creates something? Can we alter reality with our mind? Imagination can alter reality, and actually imagination has helped us to survive. The ability to foresee something and imagine how to overcome it has molded our path as human beings. I found interesting how the mind works, why do we dream? They say dreams are the path to the unconscious. On what level are we working?
How many words do we use a day? How does language migrated from one place to another and why does every children is able to learn any language? Is language still evolving?
LEARNING PROCESSES
THE FIRE IN THE EQUATIONS: KITTY FERGUSON
We have to take a leap of faith in order to pursue something or to believe in something, because after all we can't exactly state something as totally true about our universe. How can we explain our universe? It makes me feel like the ants in the analogy Ferguson uses, in which they are forever going around the big balloon and can't grasp its wholeness. We are all searching for something, why?
TED TALK: SETH GODIN, What is school for?
Nowadays we don't need a human being to teach us, we have technology that helps us communicate with others all around the world. We have to explore face-to-face learning, experience instead of passing test-scores, cooperate instead of being isolated. School should encourage learners to build something interesting and to connect the dots rather than collecting them.
EUCLID
Collaborative work was great because we got to resolve some doubts and discovered something that seemed obvious but it really wasn't. We also made presentations to show our mastery in Euclid.
MUSIC
Singing and practicing the madrigal.
CLASSICAL STUDIES: MENO
We understood the square proposition, through questions, hypotheses and finally a conclusion.
LEARNING PROCESSES
In a difficult conversation, both people are involved and have contributed on something. We have to explore the intentions, hear the two sides of the story, express our feelings and know how our background influences us. Also, be really aware of our assumptions, feelings and actions.
DRAMA
We performed tongue twisters and added an emotion to them, I learned that one can add emotion to anything. I love improvisation because you get out of your comfort zone and explore how you act on different situations.
CELEBRATE WHAT'S RIGHT
HOW CAN WE FIX WHAT'S WRONG?

LEARNING PROCESSES
- How are our thoughts being exchanged?
- Are we feeling our feelings?
- Are we aware of what we are thinking?

CELEBRATE WHAT'S RIGHT
- We are genuinely struggling with the texts: making questions.
HOW CAN WE FIX WHAT'S WRONG?
- Suspending assumptions
- Avoid interrupting each other
- Be more aware of our body language
- Don't take comments personal
- To be on the same page in dialogues, we have to come to terms with the words we use.
